Shipping Information

  • All live shipments are shipped via UPS next day air.  Most deliveries occur before noon.  Some rural areas may have a delivery commitment time as late as 7:00 pm. Please contact us through email at sales@coralstop.com with any questions.  Next day air shipments are never “guaranteed” to arrive on time.  Shipping costs will have no guarantees of refunds or credits under any circumstances, this is up to our discretion!
  • Packages will only be shipped to the address used in checkout, unless other arrangements are agreed on through email.
  • Pickup is available in Chicago Ridge, Illinois. If you would like to pickup your package please reach out to us through email.
  • We only ship Monday through Thursday. Be sure to select a date to ship your package during checkout.

  • Shipping is a flat $35.99 to anywhere in the continental US. We only ship to the continental US. All orders shipping to the state of IL, WI, or IN have a flat cost of $25.99.

  • Website orders with over $279 in Livestock qualify for free shipping. Only Livestock (Coral or Inverts) is used towards surpassing this threshold. It does not include any store credit, any discount codes, or any dry goods (Including 'Ships With Coral Free' Items).

  • Orders placed on eBay do not count towards free shipping on the website. However if you qualify for free shipping or pay for shipping on eBay, you may add an unlimited amount of our coral on our website to your shipment at no additional cost to you.
  • Dry goods that are not Drop-Shipped ship for $9.99 or free over $79. If the product has a 'Ships Free With Corals' frame around the main photo, you can have that product shipped with your coral for free!

We guarantee that all livestock (corals, invertebrates, etc.) will arrive alive and as described. If an item arrives dead (DOA), email us at sales@coralstop.com within 3 hours of delivery (as per UPS's recorded time) with clear photos of the dead item, both in and out of the shipping bag. If a buyer fails to contact Coral Stop within the specified 3-hour period, Coral Stop retains the right to refuse DOA coverage. These cases will be evaluated at Coral Stop’s discretion.. The buyer must be present to receive the delivery; otherwise, DOA coverage is void. Verified DOAs will be credited fully with a replacement or a credit towards future purchases, excluding shipping costs. If we cannot guarantee replacement of the exact coral, you will receive full credit towards a future purchase, excluding shipping fees. We are not liable for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Coral Stop is also not responsible for delays caused by mechanical issues or weather conditions affecting UPS deliveries. While such delays are rare, we will work with you to resolve any issues that arise. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us by phone or email.

How do I earn points?

Once you make an account on our site you will automatically start earning!

You will be rewarded 5 points for every $1 on every livestock and aquarium supply purchase on our site unless otherwise mentioned in a product description.

How long are points valid for?

Points remain valid for 12 months from the date they are awarded! Coins have no cash value.

What states do you ship to?

We currently ship to the 48 Continental United States as well as Washington DC.

When will I receive my order?

During checkout, you can choose your preferred delivery date for your livestock package.

Dry Goods have varying delivery dates. Items that ship overnight free will arrive the next business day if the order was placed before 2PM CST.

Can I add more items to my existing order?

Yes, you can add unlimited items to your existing order, as long as it is placed by noon on the shipping date for live corals, inverts, or items marked as "Ships Free With Corals." To avoid paying shipping during checkout, be sure to select the "Please Add To Existing Order" shipping method when adding items to your order.

I bought dry goods that qualify for free shipping. Will I still need to pay for shipping on my livestock order?

Yes, you will need to pay for shipping on your livestock order. Livestock and dry goods are shipped separately because live items require special packaging to ensure they arrive in good condition.

Do you offer Saturday delivery?

No, we only ship Monday through Thursday.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
